FAQs
When is Winestock?
Winestock is taking place on Friday 2nd June and Saturday 3rd June 2023.
What time does it start and finish?
Gates open at 5.30pm and last entry is 7.30pm. The event will finish by midnight.
What does my ticket get me?
This is an all-inclusive event meaning that your ticket entitles you to refills of wine and two different food options (portions will be substantial and you will be able to purchase more food tokens). There will also be a wide variety of spectacular entertainment for you to enjoy.
What do I need to get in?
An e-ticket will be sent to you after purchase. This will be scanned upon entry. After this, you will be given a wristband which you will need to be wearing throughout the event.
You will also need to bring you Ucard. Guests are welcome but they need to be accompanied by a University of Bristol student with a valid Ucard.
Which day will I be attending?
Friday 2nd June is for Second Years +.
Saturday 3rd June is for First Years.
What should I wear?
The dress code is 'Spectacularly formal with a Bristol twist'. Do with that what you will...
How do we get there and back?
Coach pass tickets will be made available and we strongly recommend taking this option as opposed to making your own way. There will be no parking but there will be a taxi drop-off point; however, make sure you book a taxi in advance as it will be difficult to get an Uber due to high demand.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred using the Fixr App. By transferring your ticket to a different Fixr account, or accepting a transferred ticket into your Fixr account you are accepting this ticket no-longer eligible for any form of refund. In the case of event cancellation, part refunds will be issued to the original card used when purchasing the ticket. If you accept a transferred ticket, please be aware you will not be able to receive a part refund in the case of cancellation.
How do I work at Winestock?
Those who are coming to Winestock as a guest on one day are eligible to work on the other day. Jobs will entail stewarding, ticket scanning and bar work. Ticket holders will be contacted with details in the next month, and jobs will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
